Me and my husband went there for the first time. I was depressed and was weak. We enjoyed it very much and felt I am much better and no depression at all. I never walked but after my visit I do mist of my outings walking. I lost 4 kilos in 8 days and continued losing more in my country. I went several times and took our friends with us I really enjoy going there. The staff the doctor and of course the owner of the hotel are very friendly. I only have one remark that they should do more intensive diet program for those people who want to lose more weight. So there would be many various diets for different people. Anyway I want to thank Gabriela for all her efforts and smiles that helped us to enjoy Karlov Vary. Without her it wouldn’t be the same.

I took my parents to the Savoy hotel, I went with them to make sure everything was in order. Gabriella arranged everything flawlessly. We were transferred from the Prague airport to the hotel. As we have arrived at a late hour, Gabriella had organized a supper to wait for us in our rooms. She called in the evening to make sure everything was in order. She met us the next day and took us for a guided tour in the city. She then escorted us to visit the doctor. As for the doctor Spisak, I could easily identify him as an extremely great physician. Being a consultant physician, I can easily rate a peer, he is one of the best I have ever seen during my entire career. He managed to spot diagnoses in my parents which I have previously missed. He put a plan and his wonderful nursing staff applied it seamlessly. I left the next day, leaving my parents in the best hands possible. I stayed in touch with the doctor and Gabriella to follow them up. My family holds great respect and gratitude for both Dr Spisak’s team and Gabriella. Thank you for making it a life-changing experience.

Was very excellent stay and treatment especially radon treatment . I tried thus hotel twice. Also I have to say that arrangement through Luxury spa agency was so great and went smoothly. I should thank Gabriela and Rudolf for the excellent customer concern.
